Robinhood CEO Says His Company Gets Green Light to Underwrite IPOs

CEO Vlad Tenev announced that Robinhood Securities, a broker-dealer and clearing unit, has been “approved” to serve as an underwriter. It isn’t clear which regulatory body approved Robinhood, but Finra and the SEC oversee aspects of the IPO process.
