Binance, the largest crypto exchange, has made a $100 million investment in Circle Internet Group as part of a partnership to promote Circle’s flagship USDC stablecoin in emerging markets. A spokesperson for Binance said the exchange will integrate USDC into existing and new digital-asset products tailored for savings and investment, while offering incentives such as lower spot trading fees on USDC-denominated trading pairs. Circle’s USDC is the world’s second-largest stablecoin, with a market cap of $75 billion.
Coinbase will kick off its new service with IPO access to Oura’s offering later this week.
