$WULF reported revenue of $76.2M for the third quarter, against $50.6M a year ago, and the mix has turned over: $63.0M came from high performance computing (HPC) leases at Lake Mariner, about 83% of the total, against $31.9M in the second quarter. Cooling / DC Infra read-through
The standing QA thesis on /stocks/wulf: a bitcoin miner turned AI data center landlord, about 840 MW of critical IT under lease, with concentration, leverage and dilution as the bear case.
- Revenue flip. Confirmed and faster: 83% HPC, up from about 71% in the second quarter.
- Delivery. On schedule per the company: CB-4 rent this quarter, CB-5 in early 2027, Justified financing structured.
- Leverage and dilution. Still the open side: interest expense of $53.6M against $63.0M of HPC rent, 19% more shares since December, and a warrant liability above $1B.
Net read: the lease book is turning into rent; the balance sheet still carries the cost of building it.
