
Accenture shares 6% in premarket trading Monday after the company said late Friday that it would embed a team of evaluators inside Anthropic to stress-test its AI models. The AI company called the partnership an important step toward its commitment to pace development of the technology. Accenture’s shares are down roughly 30% this year on market jitters about corporate IT spending and concern that AI tools could take away business from professional-services firms.
